Hey Guys,

Well I left Thursday at 2.30 pm and drove over 3000k miles to bring home my new to me 380,just got home Sunday 1.30 am with no boat in the back of the truck,
All I can say ( i hate to say it) is dont believe or trust anyone unless you go and see it for your self,What a piece of CHIT!!

saw the boat 3 years ago when Calvin wanted to buy it and it was beatifull,he has only put on 10 hours since,he assured me the boat was in the same condition,I believed this guy,He is a local guy and a friend works for him (not that my friend has anything to do with this) I figured why would he lie (it sure does not seems like he needs the money),the phucking engines would not even start,we planned this a couple of weeks ago you would think he would at least make sure the engines ran,BULLCHIT!!...he told me he had the boat detailed Saturday so I pick it up clean,BULLCHIT...

this gentelman owns a couple of businnes and one of them is a boat building/manufacture company so I trust it him,,shame on me.

But hey look it from his side,
he didnt loose 3 days of his life, over $1000.00 in fuel, and a very big let down,
he met us at the boat which was at his house,I drove 1500k miles to get there and I was on time but he showed up 25 minutes late, after spending about half hour and not one of the engines would start I had enough and told him the deal was off he looked at me like I was from out of space,

but hey he most likely went out for dinner and cocktails and I sat in a truck for 24 hours to get home, all good for him too bad for me.

So I guess I need to ask you guys this,do this people think we are stupid and just because we drive so far they got us and we will buy it anyway??

Need4Speed,

I am not sure of the brand of faucet in the head but I do know that the water lines run up the port side of the boat and cross under the steps going down into the cabin and then go up into the head.

Verbi,

That trailer is heavy and very well made so I think that is what is adding all the weight over what the other guys have quoted. The good news in there is not trailer flex and it pulls like a dream - even with my 3/4 Ton Duramx in a cross wind.

That would not be a nice situation. As you said if it were me and someone was driving 1500 miles to buy something I would have cleaned it and made sure it started and ran.

Tim,

Thanks for the info...no rush for this project but definitely something I want to add on. I figured I would have to come back across from the galley which is okay; room to put in a water heater...Eemax makes an on demand heater about the size of a cigar box.

Thanks Again.
