Good knowledgeable painters are hard to find...the trade is dying. I've sprayed paint for over 15 years + and got out of it 3 years ago or so.
Ideally I want to go 34 feet +......and skip the 30 foot range.
Still looking and have my eyes and ears open....

The deal wont be completed until this Thursday....when the check is delivered. There was some schedule challenges for the party involved with coordinating the meeting with their bank.
The fellow lives a couple of doors down from me and I was assured it was a go.
