Cool can i get some feed back on the 32 SC???

im going to look at an 02 thursday i think, waiting on pics. its optioned pretty well for what im looking for, ive been on a 33 ss and looking to compair the 2, the one im looking at has 6.2's in it. what are pros and cons, what should i look for, how fast are they, how do they handle, over all experience.

seems the only boats in my style are the 33 ss, the 32 pq and the colbalt. looking for the sleek lines of go fast but with a little more room, and i dont want to run 25 mph like most big cabin boats.
any info wold be great.
from what i see the pq handles a bit lighter then the 33 but is a little faster boat for boat.
let me know. thanks

With the 496 mag's you are running 62+....

With the 350 mag's you are in the low 50's, and the 6.2's have to be close to that depending on outdrives.

Powerboat did a test on the boat: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1fnHCxm878

The PQ is going to be a little faster it is rated around 9,000lbs and the Formula is around 9,700.

The 2002 does not have a mid-cabin, I am not sure what year they changed this but I looked at two 2005's and they both had midcabins. It was pretty tight but they were good for storage.

In my opinion they are just as nice as the Formula. The formula is in higher demand and brings a bigger price tag because they are still making boats. I have been looking for one of these boats since last fall and everyone I come across seems pretty beat up for the amount of hours on the boat.

Does this boat have a generator and a/c?

Good luck

i got pics today and i dont think im going to go look at it. they want way to much and its a salt water boat with not a lot of options and needs a lot of work and clean up.
no stainless windsheild, no genni, no ac, no big rails, no extended platform, etc etc and still want 70k. i offered 50

I had a 2005 32SC w/ 6.2's and Bravo 3's, ran mid to upper 50's. Great Lake Michigan boat, always felt very solid and a total wave crusher. Like a previous poster says, the mid cabin/coffin, is good for storage but that's about it. We bought the boat because we wanted a boat that we could hang out on with a lot of people and still do an occasional overnight in style. It was a great boat minus the fact that every time it rained our mid cabin would get soaked. We had it looked at and had lots of attempts to fix the "leaking" problem but it could never fixed for some reason. Not sure if this was unique to ours or a common problem. Either way, for a SC, it's a great handling boat. We sold it for a new Sea Ray 320 Sundancer with 6.2's that cruises in the low 20's. We thought we wanted a few more cabin ammenities but still haven't spent much time on it over night. It's pretty borring and I miss the PQ, minus the wet interior all the time.

We love our 320LSC! The mid-cabin water intrusion was an easy fix on our boat; when it rained the windshield gasket leaked on the starboard side and water would pool down their. Once fixed, no more wet mid-cabin! Yes access to that area is limited but the actual space is good-sized and well appointed. Performance wise we are very happy with the twin 320hp turbo-charged Yanmar diesels. But good luck finding another one equipped like that!
