I don't boat on the Ohio, the boat just happens to be located at a dealer on the river. Just got home from the test run. Boat definately needs a larger prop.
Was owned since new by an older guy who just slowly cruised around. W/ the 23p Rev4 prop I was turning 4,000 rpms @ 30mph and only topped out @ 56mph
Going back down th pickup the boat next week and already have a 26p Bravo ordered. ( The Rev4 is only 14.625 diameter compared to 15.25 on the Bravo)
I was not pleased with the performance of the boat w/ the current prop, but I know it will be way better next time I run it.

super clean ride. I notice it says port of louisville KY. Ive never seen another 280 down there. thats my swimmin hole. what dealer did you buy it from?
