Eddie has a great reputation, but isn't the only game in town. If you're thinking about Nashville, talk to Eric Betty of EB Marine. He builds dependable big power and has his own in shop dyno. Doesn't hurt that he's also a certified Mercruiser dealer! He's honest and an all around good guy. They recently moved to Hendersonville to a bigger shop. PM me for contact info if you have a hard time finding it.............

Main Questions I have are... what is a good size camshaft for boosted engines that makes good power without reversion at idle..... what comp ratio pistons should I get?....how much boost can I then run on say a 8:1 srp piston......will I need bigger injectors with said amount of boost...... if so what kind/how big...... that should get me started in the right direction.

Be careful, the cam being a little "bigger" is not the issue its' the valve overlap. You need to stay at a certain degrees or you will have water issues big cam or not.
I will add that you DO NOT need a large cam or increased compression with forced induction! In fact most blower motors built for boost have a relatively low compression ratio and smaller cam.
