I been laying low, the court date is set for March 27th, jury trial, ended up hiring a guy who is the ex-president of the Iowa bar association. Right now we are just waiting for the court date.
I am just hoping Profile does not file bankruptcy before I get my crack at them, but even if they do I still will have gotten retribution...
The good news is now that I have gotten it to other places and all the screw ups they did the boat is running well and looks good.
