just an FYI,

not trying to bash anyone's company, I was highly interested in a profile because of price and all options that i was lookng for, almost was going to fly a few states away to see and drive one. Started a thread here on OSO about them cause I knew nothing of them. The negative feedback I got far out numbered the positive, therefore I passed. One satisfied customer tells a few people, whereas one disatisfied customer tells EVERYONE.

good point camp, I started this thread to see who was out there. As you can see so far there isn't many if at all. And I wasn't and am not bashing anyone, simply stateing the facts of my own and others that I personaly know of how bad we were treated and the rotten product we were sold. If the new owner can't live with the past history then why did he take it on in the first place? I wish him luck because he has alot to over come.

The new owner of profile really builds a good product and cares about customer satisfaction and building a good product. There is a Lifetime Hull Warranty

I have always felt like how a person acts with their money is a strong indicator of character. As such I weigh things like a B&D report heavily. That might be worth looking at to help determine what to think of a company. Of course a glitch here and there is one thing, but patters are what tell a story....

Any info on the red 38 at tablerock? Looked like a killer boat. Hope everybody gets things worked out for the better and profile can make a good product.
