just an FYI,
not trying to bash anyone's company, I was highly interested in a profile because of price and all options that i was lookng for, almost was going to fly a few states away to see and drive one. Started a thread here on OSO about them cause I knew nothing of them. The negative feedback I got far out numbered the positive, therefore I passed. One satisfied customer tells a few people, whereas one disatisfied customer tells EVERYONE.
Just my 02 cents, take it or leave it

I have always felt like how a person acts with their money is a strong indicator of character. As such I weigh things like a B&D report heavily. That might be worth looking at to help determine what to think of a company. Of course a glitch here and there is one thing, but patters are what tell a story....
