Best prop?

Yss, Is your Mirage a plus? My 22 came with a 25+,it was terrible out of the hole and would blow out easily. I tried a regular mirage 23, worse. Then I tried a 22 4 blade Bravo. The boat works better, great out of the hole but not enough pitch for top end. 5000@ 60mph. My best speed so far has been with the Mirage 25+,4600@64. I now have a labbed 24 Bravo which I haven't got to try yet. Roby has had great success with a modified Mirage he's over 70 with his 22. I would like to try a hydromotive also. If I can get over 65 with stock 7.4 power and like how it handles I'll be happy, for now anyway. I'm always open to idea's. All speeds gps,I should check the tach. Doug

yss,
I have run your slip numbers and you have 19% slip. This is assuming that you have 1.5 gears. If this is the case we need to look at what is contributing to your high % of slip. Is your propeller a Mirage or a Mirage Plus propeller? This may help.

I agree the Mirage Plus is the propeller to work with. Your slip is too high due to drive height or possibly C.G. issues.
The 4bl will help but won't totally dial you in till the slip is taken care of.
