need prop help
i was wondering about hydromotive quad 4 props- right now i am using 25p mirages and am fairly happy, but naturally, always looking for better!!! anyway, i originally had merc over hub cleavers, and they didn't work great-always broke lose, boat dragged etc-these wheels look somewhat similar-how will they respond?? also, i am using 3 blade props- how much does pitch change going to a 4 blade? thanks also, originally being an outboard guy, (had 112 mph allison), how would a chopper perform?? it seems like i use quite a bit of positive trim

Re: need prop help
Try any and every prop you have the opportunity to try!!
We have had the best results with Mirage Plus propellers Lab Finished with extra rake on Pachangas. The 4 blade props especially Hydro Q4's have given too much stern lift.
Again, try what you can. What one person likes doesn't always work for the other guy.
