It's just the hub. If the prop has a Flo Torque 2 hub system, or equivalent, it is just a matter of sliding out the standard hub and sliding in the XR (large shaft) hub.
If you have a prop with a different style hub system it may or may not be easy to change the hub from a small to a large shaft.

i have a hydromotive 4blade, and we are adding prochargers and got new drives with larger shafts. does this prop have a removable hub or does it need to be drilled back? thanks
