Why not call Fountain, they should be able to tell you what the boat tested with and what should be run.

Rev limiter and Prop issue........SOLVED!!! Thanks to Julie for her help today. Today kids, I learned that the 525 has a rev limit of 3krpm while the boat is in neutral. (this boat was started on the trailer) With no prop on, I deemed it safe to put the boat in gear and run the engine up. I got it up to 3500 and all was kosher. I really appreciate all of those who chimed in wanting to help me out today. Looks like I'm going to be A ok, my VISA card on the other hand...............
