Default TRS Spcaers Keep 'em or Lose 'em

Admittedly not knowing Jack about X-dimensions and any of that realted stuff. The boat is a 1986 Tempest 38' Hawk with TRS drives with 2" spacers. My question is can you measure anywhere and get say a bottom of the hull vs drive position relation that will give a good idea of what will work best? For the record, it went 67 GPS full of fuel (250 gallons) and 5 "full Size" individuals like myself with props that were nowhere near what it needs.
Anyway any help or ideas would be Greatly Appreciated as always.
I'll post some better pics asap that will give you a general idea of the drives with two inch spacers on the boat.

You'll need to run the drives in parallel to the bottom of the boat and measure the distance from the center line of the prop shaft to the lowest point on the hull. You will be looking to see how many inches below the bottom you are.

As far as your current performance, what prop are you running at what WOT rpm? Also, what is the gear ratio and engine package you have?
