2004 22 velocity, 300x prop and set up?

looking for any advice on prop choice and set up on jack plate THANKS!

for all around i would get a lab finished bravo 1 4blade with vent holes. contact brett at bblades.

Believe it or not we used to run Trophy small hub props on those boats with 3 litre motors.

But now cowil is right. 14.75" diameter cupped Bravo 1 props with vent holes are the ticket.

I'm running a 24 pitch bravo right now thats been labbed by a local company (probably not the best job) and can only get about 6200 rpm's. The limiter is at 6800, so do i drop to a 22 pitch or would it be worth it to swap the 1:62 ratio lower unit for a 1:75. any major speed gains?
