my 32 active thunder twin 500hps about 575 ea spin my 30b1s into revlimiter at 86 on gps they are labbed pretty thin, tried a set of 32 labbed with the ring cut off had problems with blow out but once up only 4900 at 82 on gps put on a set of stock 30b1s 5300 at 83 on gps but made the boat porpoise. what do i need my 30s worked a bit or what.

Seems to me that your labbed 30's are close. If you want want to cut 50-100 RPM, Brett can do that easy but you might give up 1 MPH. What is your concern with the preformance with these props?
