Give us more accurate information.
Low 80's, what is low 80's?
A 28/27.3 B1 with 1.5:1 g.r. @ 5400 on the limiter at 83mph is 10.81% slip. 81mph is 12.96%..............pretty good.
I believe the spacer with the correct Lab recipe with the 28 B1 will be the ticket.
