What are considered good slip #'s? I'm looking at 17-19% slip on my set up, seems not so good to me. Thought's???

05 Fountain.

Your slip% is slightly high. However, the numbers you are quoting are not that unusual for the 27 and 29 Fountain. In some instances we have the slip % to be allowable at 17% in order to gain the best top speed numbers. Sometimes dialing the slip numbers down on your hull do not benefit top speed but do make a difference in the mid range numbers.
I'd be happy to discuss the options with you if you wish to give me a call.

Brett
