Most convincor owners prefer Bravo One props. Your hull nd HP I think the 24 Bravo One will be the best option. Where are you located?

Forgot to ask what ratio drive you have? I'm going to assume a 1.50.

Probably but check the tag on the drive for ratio. If it's a 1.50 that's where I'd start.

Trx250r88,

Your hull loves bow lift. Therefore, a 3 blade prop will offer the best top speed with light loads if the slip % is low.
Like some people have commented, Bravo 1 4 blade props are a common go to option. We have been Lab Finishing these castings for decades to produce the best bow lift and performance for a 4 blade prop on your hull. In stock form, The Bravo 1 as well as other Bravo 1 copies from other manufacturers, perform ok. They will run but they leave a bit remaining on the table.

Another excellent option for your hull to induce the proper attitude is the BBLADES 4-SPEED OB/FX. This propeller is designed for Stern drives as well as outboards. In your application the 15.25" diameter would work excellent. It is a propeller with Lab Finished options built into a stock prop at a stock propeller price point. Here is a link to that propeller.

We offer these propellers through our test program so you can try them without having to buy them first.
Call us if you like and we can explain more.

Brett

Brett, how does your prop compare "off the shelf-box stock" to the Bravo 1 same pitch?

We make a propeller model called the 4-SPEED. It is the parent casting to the 4-SPEED OB?FX. Kind of like the Bravo 1 is to the Bravo 1 XS, FS, OC etc.
There are some big differences in our though. The B1 is advertised at 15.25" diameter. In reality it is only 15" diameter. Also, the B1 props are about 1" of pitch less than they are stated.
Our propellers are 15.5" of diameter and truer to pitch so the rpm levels on our props can be 2-300 less than a Bravo 1 of the same pitch. The 4-SPEED has a straight tube rather than a flaired tube to offer overall lift without the flair on the Bravo 1 with adds additional drag. Our props tend to be much more efficient in the mid range meaning better fuel economy.
Top speed performance number vary were on some applications Bravo 1's are faster and on others ours is faster.
Bravo 1's tend to perform the best when Labbed "specific" to the boat they are being used on. We designed our props to perform well without requiring Lab work.
I really like the 4-SPEED OB/FX on Checkmates at the 15.25" diameter since they offer more trim reaction than the stock B1 or stock 4-SPEED
