The drive goes all the way down an the prop was the new style hub that's square an everything looks good from what I can see.. now my next question is do u think I mite need to put a spacer in the lower unit to make the drive be lower in the water sense the haul is stepped notch
|
I just looked at a white one with blue and yellow stripes listed for sale in texas to see what the bottom looks like. the drive looks deep. so deep it looks like its dragging the Cav plate. try to post a pic from the side with drive down. the bottom looks like 18* fairly flat. has this boat ever went good for you?

It's definitely not your drive being too high. Has the boat ever run out to top end good or it's been doing this. If it hasn't. Check for rubber bits and dust behind motor. If none. Get your hands on a different prop to try |
Ok that's good.. it's been doing this sense I got an it costed me a motor which I wasn't very happy about after 2hour of owning the boat so I'm leaning towards it being the prop sense I was able to look at coupler when the motor was out

I think with that bottom and step a good starting point would be a Bravo1 26p
|
Ok now I talked to Ron hill with hill marine in California an he's suggested that I go with a 26p 5blade to start with or should I go with a 4blade 26p
