33outlawsst if u go back an read what was said today at 4:30 it will answer your question.. an as far as running out of top end I can't get it there cuz it's blow the prop out

How far below the cavi plate is the pickup tube for the drive shower

I can't tell if that's a real step or a outside fake, And that cav plate is real close to dragging

Sounds like he needs to get the props figured out first. Unrelated but will a bad cone clutch cause a similar problem? A pal has a Baja that will intermittently act similar with different props, tends to blow out for no reason then will be ok for a while. Also has a shower pickup tube very close to the edge of the prop, less than a half inch.
