25 pitch propellers makes a big difference. Your slip at cruise is now 22%. That is a normal number for 4K.
Get a WOT rpm number and look at your slip %. I'm assuming the numbers will be fine.
There some options to increase planing speeds with the 3 blades. Or 4 blades are a great option. We have installed 4 blade propellers on TRS drives for years without issues. Of course driving habits play into longevity.

What pitch should I be looking at if I were to go to a 4 blade?

WOT rpm and speed with your truly stock 3 blades with a "standard" load on a"standard" day will ultimately make the decision. Propeller pitch does vary from each manufacturer making the correct pitch choice for a specific 4 blade a bit more complicated than my next sentence..
The standard answer to your question is to go down 1inch of pitch when you go from a 3 blade to a 4 blade to maintain the same WOT rpm..
When the time comes and you have good numbers, I think the stock OB/FX propellers in 15.25" diameter or Bravo 1's Labbed correctly will get you to your goal.
Let me know if you want to test some OB/FX props or any other questions you might have.

Have to see what RPM's you are turning at 72MPH. I will assume 5200-5300 which would be right on. 3 Blades are less stress on the TRS drives. Even though the horsepower is only 500, might as well not work drives too hard with Shock. Enjoy the boat
I agree with this, 3 blade and deep TRS will have the best top end and the 25 plus has a great cruise speed, you can work them a little to dial them in, I see no reason to need the stern lifting 4 blade on a lower HP Gun, the Mirage plus 25 carrys the bow nice when hooked up, not a huge fan of 4 blade and TRS's if you run hard, deep drives really don't need them
