Thanks. I am using polyester resin on all the new wood. I just rolled the gelcoat on with a roller.

Great work! Looks great! I'm going to do a full re-rig at the end of this season, not looking forward to it but the boat needs it.

Fantastic! You will have a brand new boat. Did you have to get into the transom? I'm surprised that you had to do the cabin, I would not have thought much water would have gotten in up there. Was this a necessity or did you want to reconfigure it? Really nice looking work.

The cabin was fine except for some wet balsa in the deck from where the hatches were not sealed. I just wanted to replace the green carpet. The transom was in good shape. I just fixed up the bulkheads, some of the floor and the boxes in the back. Oh and I had some wet coring as well.

Wow, that looks great!

Did you mount the k-plane pumps parallel with the transom angle or put a piece of angle behind them to shim them back to level? I have mine parallel and two of the three seem to leak because the oil level is higher in the rear of the tank than the front. Once they got below the seal they weren't as bad but still do when the boat bounces around.

If you can, I would shim the tops out so they are level, and not parallel with the transom.

I did not shim them. I did not have any issues with my last 24 outlaw when I mounted them that way, but maybe I just didn't get to use it enough. Shouldn't the o-ring seal it from leaking?
