Thanks! Feels good to have the transom back in the right way. Going to glass it in and start cutting the stringer wood next.

Yeah feels unbelievable after hours upon hours of swimming in fiberglass "snow". I really like how the 3m corebond "Nidabond" laid out, and the bond is like nothing I've ever seen. Appreciate the props guys. I can honestly say I'm now having fun!

Woke up early yesterday and did some final touch up on my fillets. Cut out my own 1708 8 inch tape along with full coverage sheets. Used Glassdaves layup schedule and really payed attention to balancing it out real well resin wise. The black marks are from my sharpie. Very pleased with the results, no air bubbles to speak of.

Planning to do the stringers this weds.

Thanks Charlie! Yes definitely going to be to that point soon. Thanks again for the great deal on that mint HP assembly! Going to look and perform way beyond that old janky bravo unit!

Decided to visit the lake Sunday for some motivation! 80 degrees and plenty of boats, just not in this one pictured over by the dam.

Small update. Used some west system 404 adhesive filler mixed with VE resin to bond in the back half of the upper stringers that were originally scarfed back away from the bad transom. Fortunately these structures are fresh and free of water or rot. Next step is prep grind and massage the fillets for glass.
