Awesome build!! Your boat is going to be ridiculous and you are going to have a blast running it! Don't see many smaller offshore boat builds on this site anymore, and that sucks, I think most people are on FB now. Years ago I built up a 24 Sunsation, had a ton of fun with that boat.

Thanks! I am excited to wrap up, i think its a good size boat for upstate ny lakes

You say catch can? As in you're using that as a sea strainer for the chiller?
What brand is that?

I was looking at the engine pic in post 31, how is your fuel regulator plumbed in ? is it in series with the two fuel rails

The catch can I believe is the polished tank right on the front of the motor. The sea strainer is a Hardin.

catch can is the black tank on the left, polished tank is the power steering reservoir and I am using a sand strainer for intercooler, and sea strainer on the left (behind the black catch can) is for the engine plumbing for the catch can is as follows. One -10an line pulling vac from air cleaner, one -10an from crankcase, one -12an line from each valve cover. Main goal is to catch oil ( oil vapor) before it runs back through your engine possibly hurting fuel octane. Arguably you need some serious blow by for this but, why not build it the best way possible ?

High level Fuel set up breakdown

-10AN line from tank to 100 micron filter, weldon fuel pump, to hardin marine fuel filter (https://www.hardin-marine.com/p-1458...separator.aspx), -10an to y ( two -6an) to each fuel rail, each fuel rail to fuel pressure regulator, and -6an return to tank. below is a better angle.

Aye, I see. Was unaware Hardin made those Intercooler strainers in addition to their regular sea strainers.
Anyhow, I'm eager to see how the boat does when it's done. Going to be a nice setup!
