I try put Fountain in water next week friday maybe, at saturday here in Valkeakoski is Waterway Week and small floating boat show, I want to get my boat there on show.
Long nights, but I want to try. Next wednesday crane came take off boat from garage.

Raw water pick up is adjustable 1.5" pipe down, 2" to pump. easy adjust in water, go swim, loose 6mm stauff fixing nuts, rotate tube. Sealing in upper thread is just regular water tube hemp so it grow up to seal, but never get stucked.

I turn 30mm stainless tie bar with 20mm stainless ends, all bolts secured and all hydraulics done. Zero leaks, last night I fill all and start testing and aeration.

Drives, steering and trim looks like rock solid, future show how they perform, all parts are do it yourself stuff.

Starter pneumatics wasn't easy case. Gas bottle fill and test company won't sell bottle valves for me. That a$$hole want my bottles to check, will not sell valves for me, I don't understand why he can't sell just valves? Aluminium scuba bottle thread is 17E, 11/16" 14G 12degree taper, M18 bolt transition to 17E happened in my lathe, it was pretty difficult to turn cone thread in manual lathe, but now I have fittings from 17E to R1/4 so I put 30cm hoses between bottles and basic 1/4" hydraulics ball valves. Problem solved.

Compressor to ball valves pressure test....

.... didn't went good, compressor conrod big end seized, chinese crap manufacturing error. No problem, I ream and hone it little more clearanse, now it works good.
Monitor and camera work good and transmission control too. LEDs show what gear is used, 4 forward and reverse, there is two lights for reverse because I didn't bother make program and extra output for just reverse light, it show brake clutch and reverse clutch lights.
My little girl can handle hydraulic fittings already, she put seals to R1/4 doubles ready.

I vote you build a new boat, hull, from scratch to go with everything else that you've made! The Fountain isn't worthy enough of such badass work and customization! Plus we need entertainment for a few more years please.

Thank you for the appreciation! I will do some other project in future, but this boat is far from complited.
I make first start today! All good exept bilge is covered ATF fluid, I forgot raw water pump hydraulic motor overflow hose. It squirt half liter in extesion box and bilge.
Sorry for poor video quality, watsup transfer make files smaller and garage LED lightning make bad flashing on video, but hereis videos anyway.
You can hear smooth gear change here, I tested all four gears forward. EGR and flaps work also good, all cold haze are gone when flaps go shut and EGR opens.

Fuel transfer pumps are awesome! They did their job as planned, you can transfer fuel from side tanks to center whenever you want. Center tank is only tank used now, Transfer pump work on filling pumps too, they can suck from barrels by 10m long hose no problem. Fuel is 0.5€ cheaper on land than on water, big save, 1.48€/litre when I buy it 400l yesterday.

Overflow line for raw water pump motor, 12mm pneumatic hose. I try save weight doing all low pressure piping with lighter parts than 200bar hydraulics.
Hydraulic pump, raw water pump and start air compressor are pretty tight fit but there was no better options when I design this. Luckily all parts are easy to remove to get more space to work.

I had to relocate brather oil separator, engine hatch ram didn't fit it's place. Now it barely fit, injector lines will be close when hatches are closed.

Props test fit, transom looks pretty good in my opinion
specially it all doityourself stuff.
