Any progress is progress. How long have you been working on it and did you ever have it on the water?

Is that bracket coming off transom assembly for locating motor mounts, if so thatís pretty neat. I imagine someone could make something like that for every boat that stringers are getting chopped out of even if not going from twin to single engine. Post more pics as you go, seems like itís coming along nicely

that bracket is merc engine install tool, it has sliding shaft wich is pushed thru the gimbal bearing and liners thru the inner assembly plate.

Looks very nice lot's of attention to detail,
i would like to see one of those stringers turned upside down to see what they look like and how thick they are.
how many layers of tabbing to install?
everything looks nice keep the thread updated with plenty of info and pics.

someone was looking for that tool a couple days ago, i know its for locating the mounts but i like the idea of having a jig to set the stringers in the boat plumb level and sqaure.

Bottom has 3mm deep hook in the first 6 feet from the transom, starting from inner lifting strakes, allmost to bottom of the V.
