Default 427 SBC serpentine system

I am in the process of renovating my families 1979 Hallett Mini Day Cruiser with a new engine and stern drive. It currently has the original Mercruiser 5.7 260 with the gen 1 Alpha sterndrive. I have a new 427SBC being built which should be good for about 530hp/550tq. I am also replacing the Alpha system with a Bravo HP transom assembly and a Bravo 1XZ sterndrive. I now need to add a raw water pump to the front of the engine since the Bravo sterndrive doesn't have an internal pump. I have played with the idea of buying the whole serpentine system off the front end of a newer Mercruiser engine and installing it on the my new engine (mounting brackets, alternator, PS pump, raw water pump, etc). But... I don't know if this is even possible. What would be my best option here?

Not much help from me, but there are tons of small block w/bravo drives built by Merc.

350mpi’s are one that ring a bell for me and they had serpentine belt drives.

Thanks SB. I started calling around to see what 350MPI parts might work.

I have pulled the engine and am working towards removing the Alpha transom assembly. I am a bit stuck though. Can anyone tell me how to remove the steering cylinder?
