Well other then not being able to go over 3200rpm it was fine! My throttle cable adjustment was way off plus I could not trim my drive up. The throttle cable is no big deal, I new carb bracket and linkage is on the way so I can get full range of motion. But the drive trim I believe may be because my dumb a$$ never checked the pump for proper fluid or level after I hooked up the lines. It will trim up and down on the trailer and sitting in the water. Once on plane it will not trim up. I looked in the pump resevior and saw a strawberry milkshake! Water must have been mixed with the ATF for some time. I'm thinking the watered down ATF is not allowing the pump to build enough psi to lift the drive under pressure...what's your thoughts?

But even with the drive buried this thing is surprisingly very nimble. Has a bigger boat feel yet responds well to driver input. Crushed a couple tug boat waves with no problem!

came out real nice.
i'd still like to see the graphics gone.
and i think you need a steering wheel w/ more pop(like stainless spokes).
just my $0.02.

Rob I hear you on the graphics. This winter they will either be gone or the colors changed and some refinement added.

But the wheel...it stays!
