no I have a 509 in the baja sitting, drive I HAD SINCE LAST AUG, boat oct, motor was due in may but Isaid take your time I am still sick so I said get it done july aug, but a worker for them got hurt was out for 2 or 3 months so I said oct, then it was dec,jan,feb,march is here and am told end of month maybe cause I want it dynoed after spending a lot of cash which I[paid up front.]

john the 509 should be inspected after they stole the carb and msd boxes and stuff Iam not sure if they dropped a nut down the intake ,so Iwant to pull it soon and change the cam springs intake and redyno right now its between 650 and 670 with the new carb but with the cam and intake might hit 700hp. and I need the new motor asap cause of all the rigging they were going to do WE ARE DOING. I am setting the drive next week and will hope the motor not to high for a scoop cause Iwant to raise the x from 14'' to 17 1/2'' with a prop shaft height of 3'' I hope the blower will fit with a scoop other wise its a new hatch. how is your motor install coming?

Sorry to hear about the schedule issues & what you've had to go through with everything else..

If you need any sort of measurements on the inside of the engine compartment ect..ect.. Just let me know & I would be glad to get them for you, mine is sitting 40 feet away.. My hatch is differant but I'm sure we could get a refreance point if needed..

Will the roots have an intercooler under it ?? Ifso I could be wrong but I think you will have trouble getting it under a flat hatch..

thanks yes it has a 1071 with intercooler and I want the x raised 3 or 4'' but wanted to see how the motor would be. but I am mving on going to have the drive and tranny set. and hope the motor will be dynoed by end of month I know they had people hurt so things got messed up but I lost 800 bucks which is hugh to me thats a prop or part of my exhaust which we can't do until I have the motor. I would of been so happy if my motor was done last aug and then bought the hull in oct it would of been done and now we would of been out testing last week. what sucks is I think the next doc to look at my replacement will order a new one which I could of done NOW if the boat was together and be on my feet if its right by may. now Iwill put up with the pain asd long as I can so I can run the boat this summer then in the fall get my knees gone/shoulders/ back maybe if I am still here haha getting cut open year after year for 6years now man guys buy STOCK in bengay I go threw a tube a week trying to keep of the OCs and only taking percs at the end of the day when I can't stand sit or walk its like slow motion and I have alligator arms cause of the torn routor cufs both sides I just want to race one more time I can't believe you can be so busted up at 50 but my bro inlaws brother was and is gone now I joked we feel the same pain his from bikes me from work/bikes/ and stupid dares when Iwas young like bite off a mixed drink glass a mouth full and chew it swallow it yeap did it maybe 3 times when I was 22 to 24 why I never bleed out who nows but I did stupid things on top of that just wish I could of done it on tv and be rich like the guys in nitro circus chit Iwould do what there doing now hey we got this this old phuck going to jump off the cliff with a kite not a chute oh well so a hatch is a must put we need to know how tall or if its not tall enough we need to make a raised hatch the tails for headers will still need to be made april is all most here

lowrida it might be a good idea to look at leopajm boat it looks pretty new and if the price is right compared to new and since it would take time to build new compared to running in a few weeks it might be worth it. that red boat is one fine looker, wish mine was still factory red but the white and red has grown on me mite add some silver design to it this spring by ego grafix, or just run it and if money is flowing have steve bring it back to red with silver and yellow design next winter. I love a all red boats with with black or siver or yellow as secondary colors.

AND i believe you stated you wanted to be "testing" by the end of this summer ..... then you really have no choice . You can take a look at mine and be boating this year and next year as well .
