I would love to but I have a board meeting scheduled that day! The last two have been rescheduled do to my conflicts...I think three times in a row would be a negative trend!

should I bring a extension ladder in case I have to sleep in the rack or does warf provide them.

Update!

I've made arrangements for Kevin from Rhino Productions to Video and Take Photos of the event. I'm having them professionally produce a video and will give them out to all who attend. Kevin will be taking running shots and offer them for sale.

I'm looking for volunteers who may be able to offer a seat for the photographers so that they can move to different boats rather then staying on one boat. We will also have at least one GoPro camera and would like to move that around also.

Any volunteers let me know please so that we can make plans.
