Scarab Pics?
#32
GottaHaveIt,
Thanks for helping us out w/ our thread. Are you just trying to help us get our post count up so we won't look as bad?
Anyway, that pic you posted of the 1996 26' Scarab is my exact boat! Well, only exactly like mine anyway. I will have to say that I think it's the worst job Wellcraft ever did on graphics. Needless to say mine are going.
You have helped me w/ another problem. If you'll notice in the second pic you posted of the exhaust set-up on that boat, it's go to go. I posted a question about adding switchable exhaust to my boat which came w/ the same thing as that pic. Does that help anyone understand what I have? Hope so. I want to add something that will use the existing holes in the transom (the ones shown in the pic) and not move them. Is there any way I could switch around the baffles and through them when I want to? Anyone?

GottaHaveIt,
Thanks for the heads up on the pics. Wish I could see some more Scarab pics here.
From what you can recall on that 26' Scarab like mine. Do you think I can just remove the oversized Folger's coffee cans and run a flexible hose of some kind through the existing outlet? Or do you think this will hurt something? I can't remember if those HUGE things have some kind of sensors on them, or if they had water being injected into them or anything. I just bought the boat in August by the way.
Got another one for ya. What were they asking for the boat you showed in the pic? And how many hours did it have on it?
Would you mind sending me the files on those two pics you posted? It would help me out showing people what I have so I can hopefully come up w/ a solution. Besides, I don't have any good pics of my boat in the water yet either.
Here's my email. [email protected]
Thanks in advance.

I added some of the pics you guys posted to http://skunk.net If anyone knows the owners of these boats I'd be glad to post more pics and specs on each boat. Some pics are in .php format which means older browsers may see giberish unless upgraded.
