Scarab Pics?

Mike J,
I can't get those files to load on here. I'm no computer wiz. They need to be changed to a different kind of file.
Does anyone want me to sent these pics to them so they can attempt to post them here? They're pretty interesting!

Michael,
Sent you those pics. Got in too big of a hurry and sent them without telling you what they were. Sorry!
Let me know if you need anything else.
Hopefully you can get them posted for MikeJ. I feel bad.

FYI,
My Netscape version 4.7 will not view .php format images but Internet Exporer version 5.50 or above does. IE is a free download for older Windows OS versions and is inlcuded on newer Windows OS like Windows 2000 and XP.

Buck,
I have switchable mufflers (I think they are Teague or Corsa) that I took out of my 1997 26' Scarab. I can sell you those , and then all you will need is some standard Merc elbows and some flexible exhaust tubing. That is the way it came from the factory in my boat. I also have some Stainless marine Cast aluminum manifolds , and elbows that will work with those mufflers, that can be had cheap.
I just looked at the pictures again, all you need to do is drill new holes in the transom, add the mufflers and it looks like you have enough flexible tubing and your done.
Drill two holes , some glass work and a little wiring and your done !

26scarab,
I think we talked about using your parts before. Believe me, I have not forgot that you have that stuff.
Maybe I'm being a little anal about this. I think I can do it and use the existing exhaust outlets though. That's the way I'd like to do it.
I may need some of your parts to make it work though.
Still thinking.

Believe me I understand why you don't want to drill new holes in the transom.
I hate doing that s#$t , I was a nervous wreck when I added the external steering and had to drill into the transom.

You got it.
It's kind of ironic really. In my truck accessory business I drill holes in other people's vehicles just about every day without a second thought.
Anyway, one way I am thinking about doing it is this. Using both the existing exits and drilling new ones. Using your divertors. This way I can still have a muffled exhaust w/o trying to go through the prop. My existing exits can't be seen anyway. I could drill new ones above my drive and use some of your parts to switch between my existing stuff and the new exits. What do ya think??? Have I put TOO much thought into it??? Would that look REDNECK?
Take another look at the pic and see what you think.
I dunno?
