So now I have to work on the wiring- anyone got any ideas on replacing the merc harnesses on the trim pumps? Other than the wires being old the original harness is still in good shape, so should I reuse it?
So here's my punch list-
Build a new panel under the dash, redo terminal blocks.
Wire bilge pumps, fans, trim pumps.
Install new battery boxes and fuel tank cover.
Install fuel pumps and fuel filters.
Change oil pan and oil filter mount.
Build a new hatch cover.
Install the rest of interior and carpet.
Theres a lot more but I'm getting there. Thanks Eddie for all your help!!!

Wow- not feeling the love there
If you wouldn't mind sending me the diagram I would appreciate it.
By the way- like your Calvacade- Is that considered vintage?

So for anyone that is running Edelbrock Air-Gap Manifolds- Merc does not make a waterpump hose that fits- and nothing is made automotive that I could find, so Bob of RBI made me some 3" extensions.

Send me an e-mail: [email protected] and I will send you the digram, no prob.
I don't have the Cavalcade yet, still looking for that perfect sample of one... Yeah they are close to vintage, but best touring macine as to date in my opinion... I used to race bikes for a living and had enough of superbikes, thought a touring bike would be perfect and the wifey is all for it...
