Swapped out the seawater pump from the port engine(I'm getting really good at changing seawater pumps- swapped both pumps in less than 20 minutes in the dark) and finally got a run with no issues- no oil leaks, no water leaks, good oil pressure- there might be hope after all!!
Also put the outdrive back on- so progress is being made. Delivered it to my friends for wiring, so if everything goes as planned I should get it back in the next week and get the other engine in- hopefully hit the water this year!!! Thanks everyone for the help!!
502- bought a new seawater pump- the quad seal was bad- and corroded so much there was no edge left for a new seal- so I was out of choices-

Good luck scottie150. I love your boat, wish I could hit the lottery to buy it.
I hope to see lots of pics when you hit the water. I've followed this thread for a long time and it's truly an inspiration.

If all goes well tomorrow- I might be able to get some video of it running on the trailer! I am going to try to get the port engine in and started- I just have to get a few more parts in the morning(new battery cable, couple of breathers, hopefully I get my carbs, etc.) If all goes well I will post up some video for all to see

So close- 1/4 inch in fact. The last exhaust pipe is 1/4 inch too long- so have to run it over to my buddies and cut it in the morning, get a couple of little things, etc. and should be able to light it off tomorrow after work.

Its official- they both live!!!! Just have a small water leak from the water intake(its always where you can't reach it) Due to one of my best friends engine expertise(thanks Cliffy!!) put fuel and water to it, and bam- lit off the first turn of the key.
It goes to RBI for the rest of the wiring tomorrow, if my luck holds a water test will happen next week.
Thank you everyone for your support and help!!!
