Mine is a 1996 26 scarab with a 800efi. It put 87mph on gps with a 4 blade 32@5200rpm. Pic/Engines ad (555CID/800EFI RELIABLE MONSTER FITS UNDER HATCH) This is under the hatch of the 26 scarab.

No pad on the scarab. It' usually a flat spot at the back of the hull that the boat runs on at speed(picture a flat triangle pointing forward). The deadrise is 23 degrees, dry weight 4800lbs., 80 gal tank, 8ft. beam,and most importantly bridge clearance is 4'10".wq

Did these boats come with a sea strainer if so where is it located.

I can't comment on everyone that was made, but mine didn't have one.
