That would be a BIG deal breaker for me.
sounds like a powerplant swap took place and I would really look into the 150 hr thing !
thats funny i thought the same thing when he said carb i just got a chance to go to wellcraft and double check....DEAL BREAKER!!! or a really huge discount

Would any of you guys buy a carb version of the scs for more than 10k in this economy ??? I think not
So tell the guy like it is .. 502 or 454 MPI is the one to look for.
Hell if he wants to throw 26k around I got a 502mpi in great shape for him .. :-)

They did make some carbed versions - I came across one when I started my SCS hunting.

I have seen the boat in question and it is okay but not great. There are pics on kijiji.ca I think. It's got mufflers on the back rather than the downturned tips, and all the graphics are YELLOW not orange. The trailer looked not so great either. Interior was in fair condition from the pictures but somewhat mangled over stock.

Overall, I'd pass. I bought a brand new one for $26,500US with a 502MPI in it (not including trailer) so there are better deals out there. Look in the States.

Anyone know about this SCS in Minnesota? Looks to be in decent condition for a 13 year old boat.Doesn't have trim tabs though.

This dude's been trying to sell it for a month on Ebay with very few lowball offers. He started out at 20k.I bet someone could get it for 13,000.

And no,I'm not interested in it.Very happy being boatless
