In my never ending search for a sport boat, I have come across a 24' Scarab with outboard power. I haven't seen it yet, just a picture. I thought they all had V-8's. Anybody know how these perform as compared to the normal power? I like this setup as I could tow it behind my other boat when out anchored.

It's on Craigslist in San Diego. The picture is very small and taken a ways away so you do not get any detail.

I called on the boat. The wife answered. It's actually a 21'. She said it is a 1987 with a 1997 265 hp Johnson. I might go take a look this weekend if I can get down to where the boat is.
