my question would be how many miles per hour can one expect to gain bye shaving off 100 lbs. of weight ????could 528 lbs.gain 6 mph. ? thanks for your hep ,,,don

The smaller the boat, the more effect weight has on top speed. I lose at least 1 MPH for every person(150lb) on board.

There is an HP. /to/ weight. /to/ speed. calculator on Bam Marine.


On my hull there was a 1 mph estimated difference per 100 Lb's
