When I delivered the boat I had him perform a test shot and once the blue was removed the gelcoat under it probably was like the equivelent of 800 paper. I am hoping with some wet sanding and buffing it will come right back. I will snap some photos when I bring her home.

Brought her home from the soda blaster! She is white now!

Thats a perfect canvas for something cool like the Fountain Tournment Fishing boat has- couple of big old fish, rod holders, the works!!!!

Looks good , I know what kinda work is involved in all that since I did the same to our 79 300s . alot of mods and complete paint job. I still have the old hatches with the newer pro-stock scoops. Wish I could post pics but I let my sub run out.

I just installed new ones a couple months ago. They were a royal pain in the a$$ to get seated properly on the lip! So my question is when they leak does the water leak out from around the donout gasket that is on the transmission tail shaft?

That's the plan! I will probably start with 1500 or higher and see how it cuts. If I need something more aggresive then I will work backwards.
