Big day today! Made my last payment on the scarab!!

Been thinking of a name for the boat but haven't come up with anything good yet, now that's it paid off maybe I should call it "paid in full" or "bought & paid for"

Installed the bow graphics today and the freshly painted hatches(used to be black)

Looks great and I hate to say this...... If you could carry the wrap over the hatches would really look good.

Lol, I thought the same. Maybe one of this winters projects will be to upgrade to some low profile hatches and then carry the wrap right over them! Won't be this year though!!

I've been periodically checking back with your thread to see your progress. You are keeping me motivated to move forward with mine. I started a simple rendering and thought I'd share...

Keep up the good work! It reminds me that it is worth it.

I like that classic look! Can you wrap the windshield white or gray so it looks like a fairing? I think it toughens the look.

I like the step hull your adding, but It might not work... to much of a pocket in the back. LOL
