Best wishes to you.

If so what concerns do I have? The tips I bought have internal flaps
Use turndowns, quiet while off of plane and straight open when on plane.

BTW my Panther ran best 73mph with TRS's and fast mirages with Merc 425's. 71mph all day with with allot of cup added to the props. Will be trying the 590HP mills hopefully in the next 2 weeks.

I thought about using turndowns. Thats a good idea.
If i cot this pig to run 71 all day I'd be happy. I absolutely LOVE this boat. It has plenty of cabin space, cockpit space and sunpad space. It was amazing in the ocean and I can trailer it. I think the lines are still better than lots of newer boats. I just hope it's built as well as it appears to be. The previous owner always dry stored it and was quite peticular about it. When i bought about i really didn't even know how much xtra's he had put into it. Sea strainers, Stainless Marine Exhaust, drop bolster seats, and receipts for $18k done in the last 2 years.

Oh yeah keep us posted on those 590's
It makes me smile everytime I use it.

Your ride looks good, and remember they are always a work in progress.

My 425's had Stainless Marine exhaust, the heads were cut a little to bump up the compression, and tuned pretty good.
