I would find out what the storage fees are if there are any and how much then make an offer based on that figure

I know of a 91 , 38 SCARAB with Gellner 502's for 25K

I saw this boat in the spring when I bought mine. Lets just say the pictures show really really good. I hope who ever bought it saw it in person first.
