There are quite a few places that can do it. If you look under marine links here on OSO there are some. They are located under engine builders, or general. My engine builder used someone in Louisiana that new there stuff.

Good Luck!!

problem i've heard is lots of programs for big block stuff not for small block unless you spend lots of dyno time to get it perfect. big blocks 100's of proven programs written so no dyno time required is this true?

The only right way is to put them on a dyno and tune them that way So you are probley looking at spending close to 1000 dollars to do that

Running them on a dyno will be the best money you spend. Know guess work just the faxs , tune it on the dyno and bolt it in the boat and go boating . Or spend the next 6 months standing on your head trying to find the right tune up in the boat. I have tried it both way's and I will never put an engine in a boat with out first running it on a dyno. Just my .02 Jeff
