Hey guys

Does anyone know where i can find service manual for an 84 Merc 454. I was able to download PDF from net on the BW Velvets, but not able to find any type of service or owners manual for the engine and trs drives. Any help appreciated.

Hi. I sold my Scarab III about four years ago to a buddy.Gave him all the books I had when I purchased the boat new and gave them to him when I sold it. Give me a few days to call him ----- might be able to help you out..

Bruce , Just so we are on the right page , what motors do you have in your boat right now ?? The motors in my old boat started out as 330trs but after two years the warrenty was up and they got modified ;Mine was also a 84 .Any way I looked last night and still have some books from Merc. I would send them to you and if you could copy what you want could you send them back to me??

I have the twin Merc 454 which are slightly tweaked (900hp), about 40 hrs on both motors. Also have the TRS drives, with Borg-Warner Velvet drives. I will PM my address. I see your in Vermilion, steamed up around your area this year in my 21 foot Bayliner. Really anything on this 1984 would be helpful, right down to the gauge instructions, etc etc

My daughter has a cottage on Nickel-Plate beach in Huron. Let me know what I owe you, I actually can make copies and return them to you.

Got the books Jim, pretty awesome. Covers everything I need to know. Will begin copying Monday, and get them back to you.
