Any time! And for the record the wife and kids prefer the baja 280 sport over the scarab 302 but I keep fighting!

I have seen people make cushions for the bow and just stow them in the cuddy when not in use. I just like having outboards for salt water boating,

I think she is set on a sunpad so she and kids can still climb up and down to get in.

Good thing is, now she started looking at boats too and have been lookin at Baja 29 ol, 302 and 33 ol

Bumped our budget to 40 or so.. so the search continues.....

have a sport 302... I LOVE it... once I finish getting the motors tweaked. You could easily put pads/lay out on top of cuddy IF you're on beach or flat anchor area. Otherwise it's very narrow, and difficult to even anchor without a windlass. I'd be happy to answer more questions. The lines are so amazingly classic and modern, and the ride and speed is second to none in it's class IMHO.

and it is 29'6 without the bracket which GREATLY helps insurance as it's technically less than 30' but still rides like a 32
