Shon already had one installed in his 2014 F250 so he tried it out. Worked great. Bleeding the brakes with a 20ft. long main brake line went faster than I though it would. We have disc brakes on the front two axles which I'm looking forward to using. As far as a youtube channel, LOL! First, I'm country as crap and can hardly stand to hear myself talk, secondly where would I get the time!? :)

True that!

The left drive has been lazy since installed, bleeds down. After replacing the pump on some bad advice, finally broke down and replaced the $.50 o-ring. Presto.

Figured out why my fuel gauge wasn’t working. The wire was interfering with the arm. Don’t know how I missed that when I installed it. Works now.

Also finally found a momentary on/off/momentary on switch for the engine hatch. (Switch now turns off if your finger isn’t on it)

Ive been working on the cabin upholstery, got the pimpin lights going now. Don’t lack much on the cabin.

Found some stainless hardware on McMaster-Carr and Installed the companionway hatch top.

All gauges and switches are now functional.

Heading to Florida this afternoon to pick up the cockpit upholstery.

Hopefully in the next two weeks or so this thing will be close to being finished. Somehow we all know that’s not going to be the case lol

A $.50 o-ring. Crazy how the little stuff bites you every time. Has a sea pump leaking oil, was driving me crazy. Loose fuel pump bolts... UGH!!!

Looking good.
You'll probably want to spray the back of the "Scarab" hatch black eventually. You don't realize that you'll miss that little bit of privacy.
I painted mine when I built my new one.

We’ll see Rookie, may have to do that. Thanks for the heads up. Still working on upholstery stuff as well as other things like isolating the ignition circuits, trying out different props etc. but am running the boat on the weekends. Me and the wife took my son and his family out today. My granddaughters think the v berth is the coolest thing ever.
