Perfect...thank you. I should have figured you would have the photos...and check. Sometimes we get tunnel vision. Oddly...it was these photos that got me thinking on thoughts of moving mine back. I have the TRS bellhousings with the wing coolers and top mount starter. But I think they trannys would fit a bit into the transom. I need room to access the front of the engines...as well as move weight aft.

My appologies Heath, here on your thread. I'm also going to fabricate a wrench to remove the plastic Arneson nut, as the Arneson design has caused problems and tooth breakage in the past. Maybe you would like to comment on that as well?? To be clear, I understood the Arneson ASS7 drive used the Bravo 1 inner mount and had the transmission mounted entirely in the post transom extension. I need to move my engines and drives aft...and I'll fabricate my own system to do so. What is the issue here? |

One or both of two reasons: 1) Because I can. And 2) Because what I can “just buy” isn’t EXACTLY what I want, for whatever reason.
