2 on either side of the cockpit and 2 just forward of the dash bulkhead

All the stringers are cut down or completely removed and started on the transom repair have found no signs of rot at all amazing

then it is going to be tougher to take the plywood out !!! What type of tools are you using when it is rock solid?
