Two pieces split down the middle we left the original skin from the bulkhead on the frontside for strength and notched around the new stringers to give them support.

Finally finished laying glass in the engine compartment. now the out side of the transom. and the we can start to put it back together. 12 gallons of Vinalester and about 30 yards of 1708 later

Just finishing up with the outside of the transom then on to paint job

All the grinding is finally done many layers of glass and then on to the next phase.
