I am considering trading my2001 29 on a 98 31, does anyone know of any structural type issues with the 31s. this particular one has a soft spot at the rear of the center removable cockpit floor section. It also has a pretty severe stress crack on the port side where the rear of the windscreen meets the hull itself. I can repair these things without to much trouble providing they are not indicative of a bigger problem? Any 31 owners have some insight for me? Thanks in advance.

wow, none of those problems sound familiar to me.

some 31's through mid 90's sometimes had some stress cracks on the bow edges where the v berth bulkead meet the deck. which is like half way up the bow...
